Steven Glaser, professor of piano, presents "Encores...Nothing but Encores," a program of audience favorites — enjoyable for one's ears and mind — by Schubert, Chopin, Schumann, Debussy and Liszt. The program will include a work by Paul Ben-Haim that is heavily influenced by Mediterranean music (Arab and Israeli) which captures the colors and sounds of that region.

Throughout spring 2024, Glaser will perform this program throughout Ohio, the Midwest, Eastern United States and in Europe. 

This event is free and open to the public. No ticket required.

  • A digital program link will be provided prior to the event. No paper programs will be distributed.

GETTING HERE

Park in the Arps Garage (open to visitors M–F after 4 p.m. and on weekends) just north of the Timashev Music building. 

The Timashev Recital Hall is located on the ground floor, at the far north end of the building.
